Our Approach
Our Modalities
-
Meaning-Making
Together, we'll explore the stories that define you and uncover how these narratives were shaped, honor the wisdom they've offered, and create space for new perspectives that better reflect who you are becoming.
Explore the experiences that have shaped your identity.
Recognize old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you.
Create a more compassionate and empowering understanding of your story.
-
Depth Exploration
Sometimes our struggles are rooted in experiences outside our immediate awareness.Collaboratively, we’ll explore the deeper patterns, emotions, and relationships that influence how you think, feel, and connect with others.
Discover recurring emotional and relational patterns that keep you feeling stagnant.
Understand how limiting beliefs and behaviors began and are perpetuated.
Build self-awareness that creates space for new choices and meaningful change.
-
Mindfulness
Mindfulness helps you reconnect with the present moment rather than becoming overwhelmed by the past or worried about the future. We'll practice slowing down, turning towards your inner experience with curiosity, and responding instead of reacting.
Develop greater awareness of thoughts, emotions, and sensations.
Cultivate calm, clarity, and self-compassion.
Learn practical tools for managing stress and difficult emotions.
-
Somatic Exploration
Our bodies remember experiences that words often cannot fully express. Body-based practices help you reconnect with your nervous system, rediscover a felt sense of safety, and recover the wisdom your body carries.
Gently reconnect with your body at a pace that honors your nervous system.
Increase emotional regulation through nervous system awareness.
Strengthen trust in your body's signals and intuition.
-
Creative Expression
Creative expression steps outside of conversation, offering another way to explore emotions, gain insight, and discover new possibilities using imagination, art, writing, or other creative practices—no artistic experience required.
Express feelings that may be difficult to put into words.
Discover new perspectives through creativity and play.
Foster curiosity and inspiration while planting the seeds for new life.
-
Nature Connection
Nature is a profound teacher, passing along ancient wisdom for navigating challenging seasons and changing tides. Whether sessions occur outdoors or in office, we'll invite the earth to guide us towards awareness, balance, and regeneration.
Ground and discover clarity through restored connection with the land.
Explore personal growth through natural rhythms, cycles, and metaphors.
Strengthen community and uncover a sense of belonging to something larger.

Principles
Curiosity + Compassion
Compassion is the practice of meeting suffering with presence, open-mindedness, and sincere curiosity. Rather than criticizing or shaming, we will slow down and acknowledge our instinct to judge or fix. As we become curious about your experiences rather than fearful of them, we will discover new spaces of deeper insight and growth.
Authenticity + Empowerment
Healing is a process of remembering who you are beyond expectations, survival strategies, and shame. As we honor and integrate every part of your story, we’ll shed outdated limitations, reclaim your inner voice, and restore a life of genuine purpose and intention.
Trust + Connection
At the heart of our therapeutic relationship is a foundation of trust, safety, and genuine connection. Together, we will cultivate a space where you feel supported and respected to show up fully, share openly, and explore courageously.

Item descriptionAs part of the latter half of my clinical training, I had the meaningful opportunity to practice at the Denver-based Center for Resilience Strategies. CRS is a private-group practice dedicated to supporting individuals navigating life’s challenges and cultivating resilience in the face of emotional adversity.
During my time there, I offered outpatient psychotherapy to adults (18+) under licensed supervision, working alongside individuals with diverse clinical presentations—including anxiety, depression, suicidality, and complex trauma related to childhood abuse and domestic violence. From week to week, clients and I explored the landscapes of their inner worlds, gently beginning the work of repair, alignment, and embodiment. Together, we laid the foundations for meaningful change through curiosity, compassion, and collaborative exploration.
Through consultation and supervision, I deepened my clinical skills and expanded my understanding of several frameworks with an ongoing prioritization of trauma-informed care. I was also fortunate to pursue additional training in approaches such as DBT and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy integration, which broadened my perspective on supporting clients in the integration of meaningful emotional and psychological experiences.

As part of my clinical training, I was gifted the life-changing opportunity to facilitate therapeutic support groups at WINGS Foundation. WINGS is an incredible organization dedicated to serving and building systems of support for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse and their loved ones.
Over the course of more than six months, I led weekly two-hour groups that deepened my trauma-informed practice through direct engagement with individuals healing from the impacts of physical and emotional violence. Together, we built foundational skills for distress tolerance, cultivated rich interpersonal relationships, and held space for the challenging and painful complexities of the human experience.
I continue to be touched by the individuals whose paths I crossed, astounded by their resilience, wisdom, compassion, and courage. Though I am no longer part of the WINGS team, I carry forward the lessons of patience, humility, acceptance, attunement, and reverence for each person’s unique journey and inherent worth. My time at WINGS has made me not only a more grounded and empathetic counselor, but also a more understanding and wholehearted human being.

In 2021, I graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Political Science. My undergraduate studies opened my eyes to the complexities of systems, structures, and the ways society, culture, and identity shape human experience.
Through coursework in gender and sexuality, race and ethnicity, social psychology, and inequality, I deepened my understanding of concepts such as intersectionality, power, privilege, and belonging. These studies continue to inform my clinical practice today—grounding my work in cultural humility, systemic awareness, and respect for each person’s lived experience.
In therapy, this means recognizing how every client is situated within a broader social and cultural context that shapes how they see themselves, relate to others, and navigate the world. I strive to create a space that honors these intersecting identities while supporting each client in developing greater self-understanding, agency, and connection.

In 2025, I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University in Denver. The MAC program provided a comprehensive foundation in evidence-based theory and practice through rigorous academics and extensive hands-on experience at the university’s on-site counseling training clinic.
My coursework included, but was not limited to, Therapeutic Theories; Therapeutic Techniques I and II; Crisis, Trauma, and Loss; Grief Therapy and Life Transitions; Cultural Issues and Social Justice; Human Growth and Development; Spirituality and Counseling; and Assessment, Diagnosis, and Treatment Planning.
Beyond my studies, supervision, and clinical training, my time at Regis instilled in me a deep awareness and appreciation for the healing nature of authentic connection. As Irvin Yalom, MD, reminds us,“It is the relationship that heals.” Through deep and meaningful connection with my mentors and professors, classmates and colleagues, and perhaps above all, my clients, I have borne witness to the transformative power of being seen, heard, and valued. Today, I carry this essence of compassionate connection into my work, honoring it as the cornerstone of healing and growth.
